The young writer sat there in front of his computer, Yahoo Messenger sitting on the sign-in screen. It was late in the morning and he still had his long hair pulled back into a pony-tail. Today was a day that made the writer really nervous. It was Valentines Day, the day after his nineteenth birthday, and he knew that once he logged into Yahoo he would message his girlfriend.
He loved his girlfriend so much. To him she was a perfect angel that held his heart with wings as pure as snow and softer than silk. She was worth more than life itself to him, and he would do anything for her just to see her smile. For his birthday she had sent him the best present he had ever gotten. In the mail he had received a package from her which contained a webcam, a letter and picture of her, and a toy for his own personal pleasure. In his hand he was looking over the picture of her. Every time they talked she had always tried to say she was ugly or that she wasnt beautiful, and every time he would tell her that she was wrong and that in his eyes she was more beautiful than anyone in the world. She was his beautiful angel.
As he looked at the sign-in screen once more he knew he would need some way to express his love to her. Even though he was a writer and had a large vocabulary he found that there were no words he could pull into his mind that would properly express his love for her. He could tell her that even if he was dying he would use his last breaths to say I love you, but still that didnt do his immense love for her justice. If he could he would draw a picture, adorned with many things that he would believe could express his love, sadly though he couldnt draw to save his own life and would most likely just rip up whatever he drew for he would feel it wasnt good enough.
As he sat there he racked his brain for information, trying to figure out what to say that would express his love to her. Sadly, he still couldnt think of anything. So after letting out a slightly depressed sigh he finally logged into the Yahoo Messenger. After everything had loaded he sent the first message.
stokesdavid29: Hey Alex, you on?
Alex Campfield: -kisses- Im on.
stokesdavid29: -kisses back- Happy Valentines Day, my love. I wish I had something special to tell besides that, but sadly I dont
Alex Campfield: Dont worry about it, David. You know you dont have to do anything special for me.
stokesdavid29: I want to though
Alex Campfield: Baby, Im sure it will come to you. Are you ready to cam?
The call invitation then popped up in the messenger as the computer let out a ringing sound. When he accepted the call the video feed began to load and then he was greeted by the sight of his lover. She was beautiful with her reddish brown hair and her enchanting blue eyes. As he looked at her a smile touched his lips before he fixed his glasses.
Theres my beautiful angel, he said in kind tone as he looked at her, taking in all of her beauty.
No! She squeaked as she tried to hide behind her teddy bear, not wanting him to see her blush.
To him she really was his beautiful angel. He meant it when he said it because it came from his heart.
As he looked her at her as she hid behind the stuffed bear he was hit with some sudden inspiration, one of the many reasons he called her his muse.
So with a smile he looked at her and said, I think I found the words, my love.
She peeked out from behind the bear with a curious look in her eyes and asked, Really?
He leaned back in the chair as he looked at her image on the computer monitor. All Morning I have been trying to force myself to think of the right words to express my love for you, but it turns out you cant force something like that. It has to come naturally.
She nodded in response to what he had said, a way of showing that she understood what he was saying.
I could sit here for hours and tell you how much I love you and use all kinds of different metaphors, but they wouldnt do my love for you any true justice. He went on as he placed her picture down on the dresser and his eyes went to hers once more, smiling as he looked into them. There is only one thing I can do that will show you how much I truly love you.
And whats that, sweetheart? She asked, putting the teddy bear down in her lap as she looked at him.
Alex Campfield, I love you more than I have ever loved anyone else. I can never truly put it into words how much I love you, but I hope this does the trick. He went silent for a moment and reached into the dresser before pulling out a stunning silver ring that had a line of five sparkling diamonds on the top. Will you give me the honor of being able to call you my wife? After a few moments of silence he decided to add one more thing in. What do you say, mein lieben?
